Sasuke's father stated that Mangekyo Sharingan can evolve in a certain condition so Itachi's sharingan evolved when he saw his father's back and Sasuke did notice that but what does that mean? Why would Itachi evolve it there at that time? Plus he stated that there are two potential users of Mangekyo Sharingan, first Itachi then Sasuke..I wonder who is the third one.
